1 How the Network Works
Thunder Machine Streaming PRO operates a dedicated global broadcast backbone. Each client is assigned dedicated CDN pathways and server resources that are not shared with other accounts.
- Provisioning: Resources are allocated immediately upon payment confirmation.
- Signal Path: Radio uplink or HD TV streaming channel setup begins once infrastructure is reserved.
- Distribution: Global signals are distributed through dedicated CDN pathways.
- Monitoring: Latency and throughput are monitored continuously against the Pro threshold.
3 Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for all content broadcast through their account. Thunder Machine Streaming PRO acts strictly as a technical conduit and does not provide or verify broadcast licensing.
- Licensing: The Client warrants possession of all necessary rights and licenses (e.g., ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, or local equivalents).
- Compliance: All audio and video content must comply with international copyright and broadcasting laws.
- Termination: Violation of international copyright law or broadcasting standards is grounds for immediate termination without refund.
